Our blade packs are built with quality hardened and tempered steel and are uniformly aligned to be within preset tolerance ranges configured by the spacer/blade combination of each blade pack. The quality assurance system that we have implemented into our production allows for the optimum performance from each blade pack to achieve quality perpendicular cuts.
